Everything we offer is free and needs no account. You may use it for personal enjoyment, on as many devices as you like. We ask only that you don’t:

• Redistribute, resell, or repackage our apps, games, or artwork as your own.
• Reverse-engineer or modify our software except where the law expressly permits it.
• Interfere with the service, or try to disrupt other people's use of it.
• Use our name, wordmark, or artwork in a way that suggests we endorse something we don't.

Scamp Labs owns the software, artwork, names, and wordmarks behind our website, games, and apps, except where third-party components carry their own licences. Nothing here transfers ownership to you — you get permission to use it, not to own it.

Lumen — Live Wallpapers collects no data at all; see the Lumen — Live Wallpapers privacy policy for the specifics. The website may record basic, non-identifying page-view statistics so we can see which pages are useful.

We may change, suspend, or retire any part of the website, a game, or an app at any time. We may also update these terms; the “last updated” date above will change when we do, and continuing to use our stuff after that means you accept the new version.

Our website, games, and apps are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t promise they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Scamp Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and if your local consumer law gives you rights that these terms would otherwise restrict, those rights still apply.
